The average delivery time is 7 to 10 working days: it depends on the kind of the product and the quantity of the order

The products can be tracked through a tracking number. The tracking number will be revealed when the purchased product is ready for delivery. This number can be used online on the courier’s website

The teleassistance average cost is the 15% of the purchased product’s value. Please contact the sales department for more details

The products are under warranty for 12 month and cover the manufacturing defects. Some products can have an extension of warranty.

No. The shipping costs are always duty of the customer: the costs changes according to weight and volume of the package, the shipment addess and the type of transport (truck, flight, ship)

The brochure and the manual can be downloaded on the relative page. When a product is purchased it will be always sent a digital copy of the manual
